Client Services is the premier debt collection agency for many fortune 500 companies. Built on a strong, Midwestern foundation of values and attention to customer service, Client services prides itself in its quality standards. After finding Aptera through Facebook, Client Services approached Aptera originally for a software solution. However, after being introduced to Aptera’s breadth of services and experience, Messenger switched website vendors and partnered with Aptera to provide a more comprehensive and robust website experience for their customers.

The Challenge

Client Services, a premier debt collection agency serving a nation-wide clientele including several Fortune 500 companies, first learned about Aptera from our profile on Facebook. At the time, they already had a project under way to update their website and strengthen their online marketing, but they were becoming increasingly dissatisfied with their vendor. Through the in-depth consultations we engage in as a routine part of our development process, we learned that Client Services, a business with Midwestern roots and values, was worried that its current website did not reflect its commitment to the highest professional standards.

The Solution

Aptera’s elite team of developers quickly established a partnership with the staff of Client Services, offering them opportunities to assess successive drafts of the project proposal, allowing them to test the various elements of the new system as they came online, and providing them with the training necessary to maintain and update the site. Including Client Services’ staff in the creative process of web design ensured their site would be consistent with their values and live up to their standards. Aptera’s team set about developing a site that was not only attractive to visitors but so intuitive that most users would be able to find the information they were seeking with no more than one or two clicks of the mouse.

The Results

Even though our relationship with Client Services was established midway through the project, Aptera was nevertheless able to meet the original deadline set for the previous vendor and deliver better-than-expected results. Client Services was both impressed by the diligence and expertise of our team and immensely satisfied with the responsive service we offered at every stage from proposal to design to going online. We approach every project with the mindset that it will be the first transaction in a lasting partnership, and Client Services was so impressed with our process and the results we delivered that they are equally eager for their next opportunity to work with Aptera.
